About TC3TC3 is a non-profit transportation service for senior citizens and people with disabilities living in the community to enable them to maintain maximum independence in daily activities. Rides are provided at minimal cost to medical appointments, social and recreational activities, shopping, etc. TC3 cannot guarantee a ride, but will try to accommodate requests. TC3 will become part of the service system for the Cuyahoga County Senior Transportation Connection.
