How to Request a Ride

Call our Rider Request Line at 216-283-1400 then press 2

Operates Monday thru Friday, from 9 AM to 1 PM

Have the following information ready when you call:

• Location Name, Complete Address and Telephone Number of where you are going
• Your Name, Address and Telephone Number
• The Time of your Appointment
• If you need a Return Trip, about what Time you will Return
• If you travel with an aide or companion, or if you use a wheelchair or scooter

Please call 7 days in advance or earlier to request a ride.  You can schedule your ride up to one month in advance.  Please do not schedule more than two rides at a time.

We will call you several days before your ride to give you the planned pickup and return times.  Please allow 15 minutes before and after the planned time to accommodate our scheduling.
